Spot it
Open Rent Ledger. The Balance column is the amount owing. Rent charges are posted automatically each period, so the balance is always current. The Dashboard shows Current rent arrears too.
Look at the detail
Choose View ledger on the lease to see which periods are unpaid and what has been paid.
What EZRENT does
It can send the tenant automatic rent reminders and overdue notices.
What EZRENT does not do
It does not issue breach or termination notices and does not give legal advice. The formal arrears process (notice periods, applying to the tribunal) is set by your state or territory. Check your local rental authority.
