Your account page
Open the account menu (your name at the top right) and choose My account. The page shows your username, email address, time zone and Your plan, with an Edit Account button.
Your profile
Your profile is the name and contact details tenants and tradespeople see. Complete it from the Complete profile step on your setup checklist, or from Edit Account and the Landlord Profile tab. It asks for a photo, an About note, your First Name, Last Name, Email address, Phone no., Date of Birth and Address. Choose Save.
Change your password or email
- Choose Edit Account.
- Enter your Current password.
- Type your new email address, or a new Password and Confirm password.
- Choose Save.
Your photo
You can upload a Picture on the same page (up to 10 MB; png, gif, jpg or jpeg). Until you add one, a neutral default picture is shown, and it comes back if you remove yours.
Your plan
Your plan shows Premium or Free, with Manage subscription or Upgrade to Premium. See Free vs Premium.
