Create your account and choose "Landlord"

Start

Choose Account at the top right of the site, then Register. (You will see Log in and Register in that menu when you are signed out.) The Create new account page asks for:

• Email address
• Username
• Choose a role: pick Landlord. (The other choices are Tenant and Tradie.)
• Tick Personal contact form if you want other users to be able to message you without seeing your email address (optional).
• Tick I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (required).
• Type the code shown in the picture, under What code is in the image? If you can't read it, reload the picture for a new one.

Choose Create new account.

Then check your email

We email you a link. Open it to log in and set your password. You can use a Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook or any normal email address. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder.

What happens next

You arrive in your landlord area. Open Properties to see the "Let's get you set up" checklist. See Your setup checklist.
