Pay a tradie's invoice

When the tradie finishes, they send an invoice through EZRENT and you get an email: "Invoice ready for payment".

1. Open Maintenance Invoices in the left menu. The page lists invoices from tradies for completed maintenance work, ready for you to review and pay. When there are none it says "You have no maintenance invoices to pay."
2. Each row shows the Property, Tradie, Business, Total, Status (Awaiting payment or Closed) and an Action button, for example Pay $520.00.
3. Choose Pay. You go to Stripe's secure payment page. Invoices are paid by PayTo or bank debit (BECS), not by card. A flat $3.50 processing fee is added, paid by you as the person paying.
4. Once paid, the status becomes Closed, the job closes, and the cost is recorded as an expense in Income & Expenses.

If the tradie has not connected a payout account yet, EZRENT tells you the invoice cannot be paid online.
