Free (Landlord Basic)
A free landlord account lets you add and list your properties. Your account page shows Your plan: Free plan with an Upgrade to Premium button.
Premium: A$15.99 a month
Premium adds:
- creating tenancy agreements and onboarding tenants (setting up a tenancy needs Premium)
- collecting rent automatically, straight to your bank
- tracking and managing maintenance and repairs
- messaging your tenants
- your landlord dashboard and rent ledger
- rent reminders and arrears notices
Tenant and tradie accounts are always free.
How to upgrade
- Open your account page (the account menu at the top right, then My account).
- In Your plan, choose Upgrade to Premium. This takes you to a secure Stripe payment page.
If you try to open a Premium feature on a free account (for example the Dashboard, Maintenance, or setting up a tenancy), EZRENT shows This is a Premium feature with the list above, the price and an Upgrade to Premium button. Choose Not now, take me home to go back.
Manage or cancel
On Premium, Your plan shows Premium with a Manage subscription button. It opens the billing page where you can update your card or cancel.
Fees on payments
Separate from your subscription, a flat $3.50 processing fee applies to each rent payment and each maintenance-invoice payment. The person making the payment pays it. So tenants pay it on rent, and you pay it on a tradie invoice. You always receive the full rent.
