Messaging connects you and the tenant on a lease, and only the two of you. Tradespeople work through the quote, job and invoice steps instead.
- Choose Messages in the left menu (or at the top of the page). It shows how many unread messages you have and opens your Private Messages page. With none it says "You do not have any private messages".
- Choose + to start a new message.
- In To: choose your tenant, write your Message, and choose Send.
For a repair, raise or follow a repair request rather than only messaging.
