What EZRENT is
EZRENT lets you manage your own rental property in Australia without a real estate agent. You list a property, set up the lease, collect rent online, keep a shared record of what has been paid, and handle repairs and records, all in one place.
The lease is the centre of everything. Once you and your tenant are connected through a lease, rent, the ledger, repairs and documents all attach to it.
What EZRENT is not: it is not a licensed real estate agent and does not manage properties for you. It never holds your rent: tenants pay straight into your own connected Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank.

Where to start
Open Properties. At the top you will see a "Let's get you set up" checklist with five steps. Follow it in order and you will have a property, a tenant and online rent collection running.
