Landlords › Tenancies
Open Tenancies and choose a tenancy. The top of the page shows the property, tenant, rent, the agreement type and end date, and an Active badge. Below it are the jobs for this tenancy, each as a card:
| Card | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Tenant invitation | Whether the tenant has accepted. Resend from here. |
| Lease agreement | Upload the signed agreement. |
| Condition report | Start the entry condition report, the record behind any future bond claim. |
| Rent collection | Whether rent can be collected for this lease. |
| Automatic rent | Shows when the tenant has set up automatic bank payments. |
A MORE area has links to the Rent ledger, Edit tenancy details and Full tenancy details.
Cards that need you show a button. Done ones show as complete. Work through the buttons top to bottom and the tenancy is fully set up.
