The signed tenancy agreement
Keep your signed agreement on the tenancy. On the tenancy hub, the Lease agreement card has Upload agreement. You can attach several files (pdf, doc, jpg or jpeg, up to 8 MB each), and your tenant can see them. See Upload the signed tenancy agreement.
Condition reports
Finalised condition reports are saved as PDFs that you and your tenant can download. See Tenant review, sign-off and the PDF.
Rent statements
The Rent Ledger for each lease can be downloaded as a CSV. See Reading the Rent Ledger.
Agreements and signatures
EZRENT stores your signed agreement; it does not generate tenancy agreements or collect signatures. Use your own agreement (for example your state's standard form), sign it outside EZRENT, and upload the signed copy.
