Good photos and an honest feature list get more enquiries.
Photos
Open the property (from Properties, choose the property, then edit it), go to step 3 Photos & description and choose Upload.
- Up to 12 photos, 10 MB each.
- Formats: png, gif, jpg or jpeg.
- Lead with your best, brightest photo. Include the living area, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space.
Features
On step 2 About the property, tick everything that applies. The list includes Air conditioning, Alarm System, Broadband, Built-in wardrobes, Deck, Dishwasher, Ducted cooling, Ducted heating, Ensuite to Master, Furnished, Gas, NBN FTTP, Remote Garage, Secure Parking and Swimming Pool.
Add the Property Description on step 3: say who the home suits, what's nearby and anything special.
Save
Choose Save changes on the last step.
