What about the tenancy agreement and the bond?

Upload your signed tenancy agreement to the tenancy in EZRENT and your tenant can see it. EZRENT does not generate tenancy agreements or collect signatures, so use your own agreement (for example your state's standard form) and sign it outside EZRENT. You can record entry, routine and exit condition reports in EZRENT. The bond amount is recorded against the lease, but the bond itself is lodged with your state or territory's rental bond authority — EZRENT does not hold bond money.
